Morton Fraser, as part of their partnership with Scottish Gymnastics, are producing a series of webinars and bulletins to offer clubs advice on a range of legal topics.

In this course, we summarise why legal status is important, the legal status of unincorporated associations, including the advantages and disadvantages which that status brings, options for change along with their pros and cons as well as discussing ways for gymnastics clubs which are unincorporated to limit the liability of their committees and members.

This course will introduce you to legal status and go into the detail covering:
